In its essence, Healing is a detailed three-step process that works on your energy body.
 
Once you have completed an Initial consultation, following healing sessions will continue to aid you. In the follow up session,  Ankur will talk to you about your progress and how you're feeling, and then will scan the body's chakras. 
 
Then based on what is found, the appropriate chakras are cleansed. And lastly, the chakras are energized. 
 
​When the energy that flows through the energy body and the chakras is blocked, the physical body can experience discomfort, pain, ailments, and even diseases. 
 
During healing, any issues that are stemming from blockages in the chakras can be treated.
